Social Value Model Response (PPN 06/20)

Supplier: TallySticks UK CIC
Opportunity: National Transparency Platform deployments
Policy Theme: MAC 2.1 – Tackling Economic Inequality (with cross-cutting contributions to Equal Opportunity and Climate)

Method Statement

TallySticks UK CIC is constitutionally bound to deliver social value. Our EAVEcore platform directly tackles economic inequality by embedding the Fair Work Cartridge into every supply chain we monitor. Contracting authorities gain continuous assurance that suppliers—and their subcontractors—pay the Real Living Wage, comply with Modern Slavery legislation, and maintain inclusive employment practices. Because we operate as a Community Interest Company, 100% of surplus is reinvested into the National Transparency Fund, which finances digital-skills apprenticeships and "Citizen Auditor" roles in under-represented communities (beginning with the Newcastle pilot). This creates durable employment, accountability literacy, and local ownership of government data.

Outcomes & Metrics

Outcome Metric Target
Real Living Wage compliance monitoring % of high-risk suppliers tracked by Fair Work Cartridge 95% within 6 months
Citizen Auditor jobs created Number of paid community auditors per deployment 10 per region
Skills uplift Hours of digital accountability training delivered 500 hours per year
Carbon efficiency (supporting MAC 1.1) Reduction in redundant site visits due to transparent digital reporting 25% reduction in travel-related emissions

Additional Social Value Contributions

Measurement & Reporting

Social value KPIs are built into the Transparency Portal dashboard, with quarterly reports shared with contracting authorities and published for public scrutiny. Independent auditors (CIC board and community representatives) verify reinvestment of surplus into the National Transparency Fund.
